What you get

Calibration, competition, and visibility — in one workspace.

01 — Competitor watch

Track everyone in your lane. Without reading the internet.

Add the companies you race against. The engine watches their releases, hires, traffic, press, and GitHub on a rolling schedule. Every event is timestamped, scored, and linked back to its source URL. You never miss a move.

02 — Reactions captured

Hear what people, experts, and VCs are saying.

Every notable move is paired with the reactions it generated — community sentiment, expert commentary, and investor signals. See not just what your competitor did, but how the market received it.

03 — Engine scoring

Speed × Effectiveness × Combat — every move, scored.

A deterministic scoring engine, never an LLM in the source path. Every score traces back to a specific event with a URL. The numbers reflect execution reality, not opinion.

04 — Idea calibration

Score your own idea against real outcomes.

Run any idea through the engine. Get a calibrated probability (not a yes/no) and the closest comparable companies so you can see exactly what you're being benchmarked against.

05 — Six-month execution report

What you did, on one page. Every Friday.

An auto-generated report of your own moves alongside your competitors'. Useful for board updates, investor updates, or sanity-checking your own roadmap against the field.

06 — Weekly digest

One page, Friday morning. The 5% that mattered.

Every Friday the engine compresses everything it saw across your tracked competitors into a structured summary — the eight moves that should change your week. Skim it before standup, share it with your team.

How it works

From signup to first signal in 30 minutes.

Step 01

Add your competitors.

Drop in the companies you race against — by name, URL, or accelerator batch. The platform resolves each one and starts watching immediately. No CSV gymnastics, no waitlists.

Step 02

Watch the moves come in.

Within hours your dashboard begins filling: releases, hires, press, technical signals, traffic shifts. Every event is scored, timestamped, and linked back to a source URL.

Step 03

Read the reactions.

Each significant move is annotated with the reactions it drew — people, experts, and VCs. You see not just what happened, but how the market reacted.

Step 04

Calibrate your own plan.

Run your own ideas through the engine, compare to the live field, and pull the weekly digest before Monday standup. The platform is competitor intelligence, not advice — your judgment stays yours.

Proof

Every score is deterministic — and traceable to a source.

Auditable.
Every number has a source

Each score breaks down into the exact features that produced it, and every event links to the public URL it came from. You can verify any line in ten seconds — and we're honest about what isn't yet measured.

Sourced.
Every score has a citation

Every score traces back to a scraped event with a URL and timestamp. The LLM only summarises what the engine already recorded. You can verify any line in ten seconds.

Yours.
No demographic features, ever

We never train on age, gender, race, school prestige or location. The score reflects what your team has built and what your idea resembles — never who you are.

Sample competitor entry
competitor: [acme-co]
move: launched a paid tier for enterprise — Speed +1.4
reactions: 312 community mentions · 4 expert reviews · 1 noted VC tweet
implication: validates upmarket motion in this category
evidence: every reaction links to the source post

Use AI opinion as the source of truth

The reason these are off-limits: every one of them is what a worse, easier-to-build product would do. Idea generators flatter founders. Binary scores create false confidence. Demographic features bake in historical bias. We refuse the easy version on purpose.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is the AI making any of this up?

No. The competitor engine is deterministic — every score traces back to a scraped event with a URL and timestamp. The LLM only summarises what the engine already saw. Raw data is always one click away.

Will investors see my profile?

Investors can search the index and read your public-facing company page like anyone else — but they cannot follow you, notify you, or track your activity from inside the platform. Your visibility is the same as on the open web; the platform never adds extra exposure.

How is the fit score calibrated?

We embed your idea, retrieve the 50 nearest companies in the 18k corpus, look at their downstream outcomes, and return a probability with an explicit confidence interval. SHAP shows you which features moved the score.

What about LinkedIn scraping?

We don't scrape LinkedIn. If you want to link your LinkedIn handle to your profile, you do it via your own session — we never hold credentials. Hard constraint.

Can I delete my profile?

Yes, any time, one click. The corpus row stays public (it was already public when we ingested it) but anything you added — claim status, commentary, intro prefs — is wiped within 24h.

Is there a free tier forever, or is this a 14-day trial trick?

Free forever for the core profile + 1 analysis + intro inbox. We only charge when you want the competitor dashboard. No expiring trial.
